How can we help?
How does Instagram publishing work?+
You connect an Instagram professional account (Business or Creator) through Instagram’s official login: Adumi Studio never sees your password. Only posts you approve can be scheduled. At the scheduled time Adumi Studio uses the official Instagram API to publish the image, carousel or reel, checks the result and shows the real status; failures are shown as failures, with a retry button. Instagram allows about 100 API posts per account per day.
What is in the 7-day launch?+
Seven coordinated posts planned from your website: typically an announcement, feature carousels, reels, a problem-and-solution post, a use case and a recap. Each has its own design, caption, CTA, hashtags, date and time. You can edit, regenerate or replace any post, approve the ones you want, schedule them, or download the approved posts as an organised ZIP.
Are the videos AI-generated footage?+
No. AI writes the script and storyboard from your website; Adumi Studio then renders real motion graphics (kinetic typography, your product screens, brand shapes, an end card) on your device and encodes an MP4 of 15, 30, 45 or 60 seconds. Videos are silent so you can add licensed music in Instagram.
How does Adumi Studio personalise designs?+
When you paste a URL, Adumi Studio reads its public text, fonts, logo and relevant product pages. Open-source Chromium captures a high-quality screenshot through Cloudflare Browser Run, with Microlink and the site’s own preview image as fallbacks. Colours are measured from that visual and fonts are read from CSS. Groq (Llama 3.3 70B, when configured) or Cloudflare Workers AI (Mistral Small 3.1) writes copy from verified site content; page-derived copy is used, and labelled, when AI is unavailable.
Will it invent claims about my product?+
We work hard to prevent it. The AI is instructed to use only facts from your page, and we automatically discard AI lines that contain numbers or strong claims (like “#1” or “award-winning”) that do not appear on your site. AI can still make mistakes, so review copy before posting. We never generate testimonials, statistics or conversion predictions.
What does “Make it launch-ready” add?+
It is optional. After you choose a design, Adumi Studio can write captions for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok and Product Hunt, suggest hashtags, CTAs and launch post ideas, and render video variations of your design in story, square and wide formats. You can download everything as one ZIP (videos and badge-free files on paid plans).
Where does my data go?+
Rendering, editing and exports happen in your browser. For URL analysis, our server reads the public page (respecting robots.txt), takes screenshots with open-source Chromium, and passes the page text to the AI provider (Groq or Cloudflare Workers AI): we do not store it. If you connect Instagram, the posts you approve and an encrypted access token are stored so they can be published; see the privacy policy. If you start from a screenshot and tick “Let AI read my screenshot”, that image is sent the same way. Your gallery is saved only in your browser.
Do I need an account?+
You can generate designs and edit without one. To download, post to Instagram or keep projects across devices, sign in with Google, it’s free. Paid plans are attached to that same account.
What can I upload?+
PNG, JPG or WebP screenshots up to 15 MB. Very large images are scaled down to 4096 px on the long side so the editor stays fast. You can also paste an image from your clipboard.
Can I capture a website from its URL?+
Yes, for public websites. Adumi Studio reads the public page directly and captures desktop and phone screenshots with open-source Chromium (Microlink is a fallback). If capture is unavailable, analysis continues with the site’s preview image. Pages behind a login, local pages and some protected sites still require an uploaded screenshot.
Are my screenshots uploaded to your servers?+
Editing and exporting happen in your browser. If you sign in with Google, your projects, including their screenshots, are saved to your account so you can open them on other devices; delete them any time from Projects or your account page. Screenshots are also sent to Cloudflare Workers AI (not stored) so the AI can read your website, and to Instagram when you post.
Which formats and sizes can I export?+
Images: PNG, JPEG and WebP (WebP where your browser supports it). Videos: MP4 and WebM where your browser can encode them. Sizes: 1080×1080, 1080×1350, 1080×1920, 1200×630 and 1920×1080. Creator exports images at 2× resolution.
Why can’t I export MP4 in my browser?+
Video is encoded on your device using your browser’s built-in encoders. Recent Chrome, Edge and Safari can produce MP4. Firefox usually produces WebM. If neither is available, Adumi Studio tells you before you export, use a PNG or switch browsers.
What is the “Made with Adumi Studio” badge?+
Free exports include a small badge in the corner. It helps other makers discover Adumi Studio. Creator exports can remove it.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly?+
Both are the same Creator plan: every design, no badge, 2× images, full videos and unlimited launch kits (fair use). Monthly is €7.99 a month; yearly is €69.99 a year, 27% less than paying monthly. You can switch between them in “Card & invoices” on your account page.
How do I use my purchase on another device?+
Your plan belongs to your Google account. Sign in with the same account on any device and it’s there, nothing to copy or keep.
How do I cancel or change my payment method?+
Open your account page and press “Cancel subscription”, you keep Creator until the end of the paid period and aren’t charged again. “Card & invoices” opens Stripe’s secure portal to update your card or download invoices.
Can I get a refund?+
Because premium access starts immediately, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right ends once you begin using it (you confirm this before paying). If something does not work as described, contact us and we will make it right, see the Refund policy.
What happens if a payment fails?+
Stripe retries the payment automatically and emails you. You keep access for a short grace period. Update your card in Manage billing to avoid interruption.
I paid but don’t see my plan.+
Make sure you are signed in with the Google account you paid with, then press Refresh on your account page. Payments are confirmed by Stripe within seconds; if it still doesn’t show, contact support with the email on your Stripe receipt.
Can I delete my data?+
Use “Delete all my projects” or “Delete my account” on your account page, that removes your cloud projects, Instagram connection and post history. Projects saved only in this browser can also be removed by clearing your site data. For paid plans, the License page has a “Delete my license data” button that cancels any subscription and erases our record. Stripe retains the payment records it is legally required to keep.
My export looks different from the preview.+
Exports use exactly the same renderer as the preview, so they should match. If fonts look different, wait for the page to finish loading and export again. If it persists, contact us with your browser name and version.
The editor says my storage is full.+
Browsers limit how much a website can store. Delete old projects, or export them as .adumi.json files to keep a backup, then delete them from the browser.
