Subscriptions
Cancel any time with “Cancel subscription” on your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not usually refund partial periods.
If something does not work
If a paid feature does not work as described in your browser and we cannot fix it, we will refund you. Email support@cigara.app with the email of your account and a short description. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
